Winsome Howie

Salvation Army Major. Involved in Prisoner’s Aid and Rehabilitation work, she became delegate to the National Council of Women in 1958,  manager of the Salvation Army Home Salem House for battered wives and children. In 1977  selected to attend the Salvation Army College for Officers in London.1982-86  Winsome spent time as Social Services Secretary in Johannesburg, South Africa
